Attachment is slow or will not function.
Probable Cause:
1. Hydraulic oil level low
2. Damaged or blocked line
3. Malfunctioning pump
4. Worn control valve spool
5. Attachment plate pivot pin
seized or otherwise damaged
6. Excessive oil leak past cylinder
piston seal or motor rotating
group.
7. Control lever broken or
disconnected.
