PowerHouse PRO Troubleshooting Techniques

Boom will not raise.

Probable Cause:
1. Load capacity exceeded
2. Hydraulic oil level low
3. Damaged or blocked hydraulic line
4. Malfunctioning hydraulic pump
5. Worn control valve spool
6. Lift control valve relief set too low allowing oil to return to reservoir.
7. Excessive oil leak past lift cylinder piston seal.
8. Control lever broken or disconnected.
9. Hydraulic lines incorrectly connected at control valve.
