PowerHouse PRO Troubleshooting Techniques
Boom raises and lowers erratically.
Probable Cause:
1. Lift control valve relief set too
low, allowing oil to return to
reservoir.
2. Hydraulic oil level low
3. Damaged or blocked line
4. Malfunctioning pump
5. Worn control valve spool
6. Excessive oil leak past lift
cylinder piston seal.
7. Boom pivot pin seized or
otherwise damaged.
